Course Contents

Suitable for experienced curlers who wish to learn the skills required to teach new participants the sport. Areas discussed include: game orientation, delivery, basic strategy, sweeping, the coach’s role, practice planning, junior curling, warm-up routines, clinic organisation, and general instructional tips.

Course Contents

Suitable for certified Level I Technical Instructors. Coaches will learn to detect and correct delivery faults, develop effective sweepers, develop competitive team strategy, select a competitive team, maintain ethics in coaching, and learn physical and mental preparation.
