Ford World Curling Championships 2002

Women's tournament, Draw 4

An interesting evening of curling

The fourth draw of the women's round-robin brought a lot of entertainment to the crowd. Dordi Nordby for instance, scored a seven against Korea. It's only the second time this has happened in the WCC history. The first was in 1999 when Elisabet Gustafson took one against Lene Bidstrup.

Russia won against USA and is 3 for 4, already the best World's appearance for a Russian team, Denmark won over Canada with 9-6 and Sweden defeated Switzerland to stay in the race for the playoff's. Scotland won a tight game against Germany with 6-5 to stay the only undefeated team.
